According to the chosen template (propriétés / modèle), you'll have access to more or less areas you can modify, et this page will contain several "logic areas".
On this screen capture, there are 10 "logic areas", including two that are directly modifiable (yellow on the screen capture).

1. Main content (modifiable)
2. Secondary content (modifiable)
3. Slide show (via propriétés button)
4. Page title: you can change it in the propriétés (visible or not according to page template)
5. Automatic creation of menus linked to the context.
6. Menus bar : created with the pages that are declared "dans les menus" (Propriétés).
7. Breadcrumb : automatically generated.
8. Research area.
9. Page header: change it in Habillage.
10. page footer: change it in Habillage.
